An introductory zoom or phone conversation to discuss your project and design goals. During our call, we'll discuss the details of your project scope, our process and deliverables, fees and timeline and determine your next steps.

After our introductory call we’ll put together your personalized proposal outlining your project scope with design fees and contract. We’ll begin your design at the next available date once the contract has been signed and the design fee retainer paid in full.
Project Proposal

We will schedule a site visit to do a walk-through, take photos, measurements and gather all pertinent information to aid in the design of your project.
Field Survey

Visuals come next with design boards, tactile finishes and samples. We partner with a host of trusted trades and vendors and can discuss in great detail. We include all furnishings, fixtures, palettes etc. and present to you at your design presentation meeting for your approval.

Once the designs have been approved, we begin placing all orders and tracking is monitored through to installation. To ensure all projects are executed as intended, we manage all purchases associated with the design and coordinate all delivery logistics.

Post construction, we begin the installation and final styling of your project. Rather than piecemeal installations as items deliver, we schedule a timeframe to execute the final install and transform your space for a grand reveal and photography session.
